Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, coordinate teams, monitor projects, and ensure activities are delivered efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities across different business functions.

Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth business operations. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team performance. Coordinate activities across departments and ensure effective communication. Track progress on key initiatives and provide regular status updates to management. Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions. Manage relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders. Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Prepare operational reports and assist with executive decision-making. Conduct site visits and travel as required to support operations.

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Operations Management, Administration, Project Management, or a similar role. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Experience with reporting, process improvement, and operational coordination. Willingness to travel when required. Preferred Qualifications >Master's Degree is an added advantage. >Experience managing multiple business units, projects, or company operations. >Knowledge of compliance, procurement, and basic financial management processes.
