Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily office operations, manage executive schedules, and support management with various administrative and operational tasks. This role requires long working hours with potential for extensive in-country travel.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
• Executive Support: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging travel, coordinating conferences, and scheduling appointments.
• Administrative Duties: Support management with various administrative and operational tasks as needed. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
• Digital Presence: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. Assist in the creation and dissemination of advertising materials and campaigns.
• Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, ranging from internal meetings to large-scale conferences.
• Project Management: Monitor, manage and occasionally supervise or oversee multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating superior multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Leadership: Provide coaching and guidance to junior administrative staff, fostering a culture of growth and development.
• Customer engagement and external communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills. Will manage key relationships within and outside the organization to maximize relationships.
• Strong decision-making skills: Ability to make important decisions in due consultation with the CEO.

Requirements
Education: HND or First Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or any of the Social Sciences.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Experience in event planning and office management is required. Experience in a coaching or management capacity is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word) and various social media platforms.
• Communication: Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Language: Ability to speak Hausa is a plus.
• Attributes: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with keen attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
