Monitoring, Evaluation and Accountability (MEAL) Officer

The MEAL Officer will support data collection, monitoring, evaluation, learning, accountability systems, and reporting for projects and programs.

Develop monitoring and evaluation tools
Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting
Track project indicators and performance
Support learning and accountability initiatives
Maintain project databases and documentation
Prepare periodic reports and dashboards

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field
Minimum of 3 years MEAL/M&E experience
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Proficiency in Excel, KoboToolbox, DHIS2, or similar tools
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
