Front Desk & Operations Manager

Workloft by Jagora is seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Front Desk & Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of our coworking space. The successful candidate will manage client enquiries, bookings, payments, workspace readiness and general administrative operations. Working Hours: >Monday–Friday: 8:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m. >Saturday: 8:45 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

>Welcome clients and visitors professionally. >Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email and walk-ins. >Manage bookings for desks, private offices and meeting rooms. >Explain Workloft’s services, packages and policies to prospective clients. >Follow up on enquiries, outstanding payments and membership renewals. >Receive payments and maintain accurate booking, payment and expense records. >Ensure workspaces are clean, properly arranged and ready for clients. >Monitor internet, electricity, equipment and other essential facilities. >Coordinate cleaners, technicians, vendors and maintenance requests. >Monitor office supplies, refreshments and inventory. >Support workspace promotions and convert enquiries into bookings. >Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management. >Handle customer concerns and ensure clients have a positive experience.

>OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. >Previous experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, front desk or operations. >Strong communication, organisation and multitasking skills. >Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business. >Basic sales, payment-recording and reporting abilities. >Honest, professional, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision. >Must be punctual and available to work on-site in Jabi. >Living in Jabi or within a reasonable commuting distance is an advantage.
