Job Description
We are seeking two highly organized, strategic, and results-driven Communications Strategists & Project Managers to join a dynamic and growing organization. This role combines strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and operational oversight to ensure the successful planning and execution of organizational initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a strong project leader, and a proactive problem-solver capable of managing multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications
>Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and project objectives.
>Create and manage communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.
>Draft high-quality reports, proposals, presentations, briefs, speeches, and official correspondence.
>Develop messaging frameworks and communication materials for projects, events, campaigns, and stakeholder engagements.
>Manage digital communication channels, including websites, newsletters, social media platforms, and email communications where required.
>Ensure consistency in brand messaging and organizational positioning.
Project Management
>Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.
>Develop project scopes, work plans, timelines, budgets, and performance indicators.
>Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
>Coordinate internal teams, consultants, vendors, and external partners.
>Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
>Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement
>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, government agencies, NGOs, development organizations, and other key stakeholders.
>Coordinate meetings, workshops, stakeholder consultations, and public engagements.
>Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
>Represent the organization professionally during meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Research & Reporting
>Conduct research and analysis to support communication strategies and project implementation.
>Monitor industry trends, policy developments, and emerging opportunities relevant to organizational objectives.
>Prepare monitoring, evaluation, and impact reports.
>Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Team Leadership & Coordination
>Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration across departments.
>Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
>Support junior team members through mentoring and guidance.
>Foster a culture of professionalism, innovation, and continuous improvement.

>Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business Administration, >Project Management, International Relations, Development Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
>Master's Degree is an added advantage.
>Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, PMI-ACP, SCRUM, or relevant communications certifications are highly desirable.
Experience
>Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in communications, project management, consulting, development sector, corporate affairs, public relations, or strategic operations.
>Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
>Experience preparing reports, proposals, presentations, and strategic communication materials.
>Experience working with government institutions, NGOs, development agencies, corporate organizations, or consulting firms is an advantage.
