Routine Immunization (RI) Officer

The Routine Immunization Officer will support planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of immunization activities aimed at improving vaccine coverage and strengthening healthcare interventions within target communities.

Coordinate routine immunization activities and outreach sessions
Support vaccination awareness campaigns
Monitor vaccine utilization and cold chain compliance
Collect and analyze immunization data
Support health workers and community volunteers during outreach activities
Prepare periodic reports and documentation
Conduct supportive supervision and field monitoring
Promote community participation in immunization programs

Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Public Health, Community Health, or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in immunization or public health programs
Knowledge of routine immunization systems and vaccine management
Strong field coordination and reporting skills
Ability to work in rural communities and field locations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with donor-funded healthcare programs
Familiarity with DHIS2 or health reporting systems
Ability to speak Hausa is an added advantage
