Job Description

Naymani is a premium Baby & Mommy Store dedicated to providing quality products and exceptional service to expectant mothers, new mothers, babies, and families. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to help create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service
>Welcome customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
>Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
>Explain product features, benefits, sizing, usage, and care instructions.
>Upsell and cross-sell complementary products where appropriate.
>Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Store Operations
>Ensure shelves and displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
>Arrange merchandise according to store standards.
>Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items.
>Assist with receiving, counting, and organizing inventory.
>Participate in periodic stock-taking exercises.

Cashier Duties
>Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and other payment methods.
>Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
>Balance cash and sales records at the end of each shift.

Online Sales Support
>Respond promptly to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
>Assist with processing online orders.
>Coordinate order packaging and dispatch where necessary.
>Share product information and promotions with online customers.

Store Appearance
>Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
>Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

Requirements
>Minimum of OND, NCE, or SSCE qualification.
>Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
>Strong customer service orientation.
>Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
>Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
>Well-groomed and professional appearance.
