Job Description

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will support data collection, reporting, analysis, learning, and performance tracking activities to ensure project effectiveness, accountability, and evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop M&E tools, indicators, and reporting templates
Conduct data collection, verification, and analysis
Monitor project implementation and performance indicators
Prepare weekly, monthly, and donor reports
Maintain project databases and documentation systems
Support learning and accountability initiatives
Conduct field monitoring visits and data quality assessments
Generate dashboards and performance summaries

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Public Health, Social Sciences, Economics, or related field
Minimum of 3 years M&E experience
Strong knowledge of data collection and analysis tools
Proficiency in Excel, KoboToolbox, DHIS2, SPSS, or related tools
Strong analytical and report writing skills
Attention to detail and organizational ability

Preferred Competencies
>Experience with NGO or donor-funded projects
>Knowledge of healthcare and immunization indicators
>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
