Job Description

The Finance and Admin Officer will manage financial records, administrative operations, procurement processes, and office coordination to ensure smooth organizational functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
Prepare budgets, financial reports, and expenditure tracking
Manage office administration and procurement processes
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Process payments and payroll activities
Support audits and donor financial reporting
Maintain inventory and office asset records

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, ANAN) is an advantage
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Attention to detail and confidentiality
