Director

The Director will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, and program management for the NGO. The role involves driving organizational growth, ensuring compliance, managing partnerships, and overseeing implementation of health and development programs.

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the organization
Oversee implementation of programs and projects
Build and maintain relationships with donors, government agencies, and partners
Supervise staff and ensure effective organizational performance
Lead fundraising and proposal development initiatives
Ensure compliance with donor and regulatory requirements
Develop annual work plans, budgets, and operational strategies
Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and engagements

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field
Master’s Degree is an added advantage
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in NGO or development sector
Strong leadership and project management skills
Experience managing donor-funded projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong report writing and budgeting skills
